Event Description:
In the 13th Annual Stars of Texas Paint-Off , artists will register and have their painting surface stamped before beginning. Artists work from life, plein air, personal photo, or value study. The public is invited to watch the artists as they work.. While working, the artists may offer their works for sale by silent auction and set the opening bid. At 3:30 p.m. the silent auction will end and the judging will begin. Mason artist Cathie Tyler will judge the submitted works and make the awards, which will be announced at 4 p.m. See our website for details.
