Seasonal fruit display with minted yogurt
House smoked salmon and trout with condiments
Vegetable slaw, spiced beets, pasta salad, roasted chicken salad
Seasonal salad bar with array of condiments - shredded cheese, cottage cheese, croutons, dried cranberries, candied pecans, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes
Hot Buffet:
Chef carved Brown sugar glazed ham
Roasted prime rib, au jus and creamy horseradish
Champagne mushroom chicken
Seared slmon with herbed tomato ragout
Wilted green beans
Buttermilk whipped potatoes
Smoked paprika roasted cauliflower
Desserts:
Selection of pies, cakes, cheesecakes, chocolate mousse, and brownies.
