The Brownwood Quilt Guild is sponsoring the Heart of Texas Quilt Show featuring quilts made by local quilters, vendors, door prizes and an auction which visitors may enter. Suzann Thompson, creator of the Celebrate Doilies art quilts exhibit. She started her crafting life as a knitter and crocheter. She taught workshops, made knitted art quilts and designed for publication. Suzann includes doilies in her quilts, which she is pleased to exhibit, along with some doily history, at the show!
