Event Description:
We need you to help us build our new playground equipment! This playground will provide a special place for siblings in the foster system who have been separated to be together and reconnect. If we have enough hands, we will also be building shelving for our storage building.
Company Overview:
Knit Together is a non-profit ministry serving children in the foster care system in Central Texas and the families that care for them. We provide clothing and necessities to foster children in a boutique environment where the kids can shop, choose for themselves, and exercise ownership at a time in their lives when those things are rare. We also work to build a community of foster families in Central Texas for support and encouragement, and work to rally the outside community to support families serving in the foster care system.
We're available to receive donations by appointment - just send us a message or text when you'd like to meet us!
