Event Description:
Business and community leaders will travel to Austin to meet with elected officials, commissioners and lawmakers as the new legislative session gets underway.  

This trip is vital for Brown County as we continue to develop our relationship with state lawmakers.  This is a chance to talk with these lawmakers face to face in Austin.
 
  Tentative Schedule:
    7:30 AM  Load bus (Depot parking lot)
    8 AM: Bus departs
    10:45 AM: Group Photo on East Capital Steps
    11 AM: Tour Capital and Lunch on your Own
    1 PM : Legislative Briefings in Regan Building Rm 110 - out N. Capitol door, up the drive & immediately on left.
    3 PM: Small Group Meetings or Tour Bob Bullock Museum
    4:30 PM to 6:30 PM: Reception at Austin Club Ballroom
    7 PM: Depart Austin, return to Brownwood
