Event Description:
The rig (truck) competition is open to the public, but the pro/amateur skills competition is only for TSTC students. The professionals and amateurs (our students) will work together to build BBQ pits that will be auctioned off later in the afternoon. Prizes will be given out to the winners and all proceeds go to the Texan Success Scholarship. We will have local food trucks on hand, in addition to vendors and industry leaders.
