The Brownwood Art Center will celebrate First Thursday October 7th 6:00 to 9:00 pm with an exhibit that celebrates “the brain’s capacity to create.”
Art Demonstration by June Musick and refreshments provided by 10 Mile Productions Winery.
“Art from an Eclectic Mind” is an exclusive look at the work of BAA vice-president June Musick. June teaches art across all water soluble mediums, gives workshops and holds classes in her home studio. She gives demonstrations for area community functions and also for surrounding cities.
“It never matters what or how you paint. It’s the flow of that paint across the canvas or paper– that is the excitement. Just push and pull wet paint across any surface to put a smile on your face and joy in your heart.” ~June Musick
The Brownwood Art Association strives to foster a love of art right here in the heart of Texas. Our organization provides several activities each month which enables our community to experience art in unique and fun ways that are both educational and inspiring.
