The Arts Council of Brownwood will host the  Annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration on Friday, May 7th from 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. on Center Avenue in Historic Downtown Brownwood. There will be food and craft vendors; many free games and activities for children, including piñatas; and several contests
