Join us as Stephanie takes us through the employee handbook and what musts need to be in them. Do you need to update your employee handbook or start from scratch? Stephanie Doss is a human resource professional who partners with leaders to reinforce the importance and value of a workplace culture that allows team members to flourish and the organization to achieve its goals. Stephanie believes that if you take care of your employees, they will take care of the business. Stephanie is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development Leadership from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to moving to Brownwood, she worked in HR at State Farm Insurance. Currently, she is the HR Director at Landmark Life and President of the Mid-Tex Human Resource Management Association.
